By internalizing the agile mindset, you have already successfully entered the agile world. In this Deep Dive module, the focus is now on the targeted use and correct application of agile methods.

As a participant, you will get to know the SCRUM method in detail - in many practical exercises, you will learn and train how to work in agile teams and use SCRUM correctly.

• Agile mindset – Agile personality
• Agile project management or classic project management - when does which approach make sense?
• Objectives, risk and quality management in agile project management
• Agile scaling: What do we do when our team gets too big?

 

In-Depth Knowledge of Selected Frameworks

• Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban and OKR as tools (approach, field of application, success factors and pitfalls)

 

Agile Working with SCRUM

• Project management vs. product management
• Product management in SCRUM
• Introduction to SCRUM 
• SCRUM basics (self-organized teams; empiricism: Transparency, Inspection, Adaptation; value- and done-orientation)
• SCRUM flow: 16 Scrum elements (5 values, 3 responsibilities, 5 events, 3 artifacts)
