"Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict" is a workshop that helps participants improve self-awareness of their individual conflict behavior and respond effectively to the unpleasant and unavoidable challenges of conflict in the workplace.
The DiSC® model* identifies destructive and productive conflict tendencies typical of each style. The insights gained by creating an individual DiSC® profile are combined with the proven science of cognitive behavioral theory.
What this workshop can do
Learning about tendencies can increase understanding of others' conflict behaviors. Rather than focusing on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, participants learn personalized techniques for curbing destructive behavior. In this way, conflict can stimulate productivity and lead to better workplace relationships and outcomes.

*This model is based on the work of American psychologist William Moulton Marston is a simple but effective model for personality analysis that describes four basic behavioral styles:
- D: Dominance
- i: influence
- S: Steadiness
- C: Conscientiousness
Each person is a blend of all four DiSC® styles - usually one, two or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioral profile with different styles and priorities. No one style is better or worse than another; on the contrary, the differences in style can be extremely valuable.
