The goal of the project completion with centerline/ is to allow all project participants to exit the project in a stronger position. Therefore, it is essential to look at experiences and also mistakes in the project. Lessons-learned workshops can be implemented at the end of the project or – in the case of longer projects – during the project itself. They can be held purely within the company or also with contractual partners. In addition, several workshops with different participants and stakeholders are possible.
