Everyone knows it: Whether in a professional or private context, there are people with whom you get along right away. And then there are people with whom cooperation and communication is a bit more challenging. But why is that?

This is exactly where the DiSC® model comes in. Based on the work of American psychologist William Moulton Marston, it is a simple but effective model that describes four basic behavioral styles:

D: Dominance
i: influence
S: Steadiness
C: Conscientiousness

Each person is a blend of all four DiSC® styles - usually one, two or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioral profile with different styles and priorities. No one style is better or worse than another; on the contrary, the differences in style can be extremely valuable.
